Hello Year 2, as it is World Book Day, today's activity will be related to our current unit on fractions and our story of the day 'Stick Man'.

TASK:
Create your own fraction wall using stick man to show 1 whole, half, thirds and quarters. You can either draw out a fraction wall similar to the one shown in the loom video or print the worksheets I have included for you. If you would like to, you could go outside and search for some sticks to use on your fraction wall instead.
I have also included the stick family if you would like to measure each of them and put them in size order from shortest to tallest. You could always draw, measure and order your own stick family!
