  • Football Quad School Tournament

    Thu 22 Sep 2016
On Thursday 22nd September, 10 children from year 4, 5 and 6 went to the Factory to take part in the first of 3 tournament s games against Our Lady of St Rose of Lima. The children were split into two teams and each team played one game lasting 15 minutes with a short break for half time. In a highly competitive and tight first game, where the score swung in favour from one team to another, we eventually came out winners with a 5-3 win. The second game was equally as tense. Despite some excellent defending, and bounces not quite going our way, we ended with an unlucky 4-1 loss. A big congratulations to all of our children on a fantastic performance and a great show of sportsmanship all round. Good luck for the next tournament.
