• Catholic Cluster Cross Country Competition

  Six children from KS1 and eight children from KS2, took part in the Catholic Cluster Cross Country Competition at Woodgate Valley.
   

  Nathan Luther came 1^st in the KS1 boys race, Aine McNamara  took 1^st place in the KS2 girls and Oliver Cook was 1^st in the KS2 boys race. All of the children ran a wonderful race as the conditions were challenging.

  
  The KS1 children won a trophy for their overall combined scores. What a fantastic team of runners, well done to all of the children who took part.

  

• 100 books challenge

  Now here's a way to kick off 2018......Below is a suggested list of 100 books to read (for the age categories: KS1, Y3-4 and Y5-6). I wonder how many you have already read? Why don't you make it your challenge to complete the list by the end of the year? These are great ideas for presents but many are also available in our school library.
