  • Year 5 and 6 - Cadbury World Visit

    Fri 10 Nov 2017

The Year 5 & 6 children had a fun-packed day at Cadbury World in Bournville. They began their day by joining the Cadbury characters on a wondrous journey in the 4D chocolate cinema experience. Following this they learnt all about the Ancient Mayan Civilisation, the great city of Chichen Itza, Maya Gods and their fascinating counting system.

After lunch the children discovered the history behind the creation of the Cadbury Factory and how their favourite chocolates are made. At the end of the day the children got to sample a delicious pot of warm melted Cadbury’s Dairy Milk. It was a super day out, enjoyed by all!
  • Harvington Hall - Year 6 Visit

    Fri 03 Nov 2017

Year 6 had a fun day at Harvington Hall in Worcestershire. They experienced what it was like to live in a Catholic House during the Elizabethan Age when to preach Catholicism was against the Law. During the visit the children discovered lots of secret places where the priests hid from the soldiers.
